Phase I preview notice (October 2026). R2D is preparing a managed recruiting service for athlete families. The enquiry tool on this website creates a draft message in your own email application. It does not send data to an R2D website server. You choose whether to send that email. Standard website hosting may record technical information such as IP address, access time, and browser metadata.
WHAT WE REQUEST
Initial enquiries ask for an adult's name and contact email, athlete graduation year, sport and optionally position. Do not submit Social Security numbers, transcripts, medical details, or sensitive documents by email. A separate secure intake and guardian permission process must be established before full athlete-case collection begins.
HOW EMAIL IS HANDLED
When you send an enquiry from your email client, the information is transmitted using your email provider and the recipient email service. R2D personnel may use it to respond to your enquiry and prepare service information. Do not assume an email enquiry is enrollment or consent to contact colleges.
CHILDREN AND ATHLETES
A parent or guardian should submit an initial enquiry for a minor. College-coach messages are not sent from this website; separate athlete and guardian approvals are required for recruiting correspondence.
YOUR REQUESTS
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by replying to the email conversation used for the enquiry. A full privacy policy covering secure athlete intake, retention periods, vendors and consent options must be reviewed before public enrollment or personal-data integrations are activated.
